What is this site?
A college student’s way to promote themselves in 2020.
What personal data are collected?
None. Unless you register an account, comment, or the likes, but that feature is turned off on this site.
What about cookies?
Nope. I don’t even have analytics turned on. I don’t even know why NewRelic is on this site.
There are a few.
There is one called _cfduid that is used by Cloudflare to identify and reduce attackers to this site. It is GDPR compliant.
The _cfduid cookie does not:
- allow for cross-site tracking,
- follow users from site to site by merging various _cfduid identifiers into a profile, or
- correspond to any user ID in a Customer’s web application.
This is from Cloudflare’s Cookie FAQ – https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170156-Understanding-the-Cloudflare-Cookies
There are other third party cookies that are either collected or used on this website. I don’t know the name of each one, but I will attempt to list out each company behind it.
These cookies are there to simplify and help with the embedded content. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Third party cookies include but are not limited to:
- Google via Google Drive/ Youtube
- Microsoft via Office Web Apps/ GitHub
- YourAcclaim via Badges
- NewRelic when entering the site
We don’t have your data, so…
there is no data to store, and
no data to protect.
